In response to the challenges faced by agricultural enterprises in counties, such as resource shortages, management gaps, and insufficiency in uniting and leading farmers, as well as the unstable sustainability of development, CFRD launched the Rural Industry Development Program in 2023. This initiative employs a "funds + talents + mechanism" approach to empower village-level collective economies by allowing them to invest donated funds as shares in county-based agricultural enterprises. The program aims to facilitate sustainable rural industries, promote the growth of village-level collective economy, and enhance farmers' incomes.
