CFRD pooled together resources from universities, scientific research institutes and professional training institutions and created training systems and courses suitable for different groups in the cause of rural development. We carried out public service programs including the Farmer Entrepreneurship Training Program, Community-level Official Leadership Development Program, Rural Craftsmanship Training Program, Vocational Training Program and New Great Wall Rural Science and Technology Backyard Supporting Plan, and cultivated modern professional farmers, self-taught experienced experts, inheritors and rural entrepreneurs in different forms, to offer rural talent more access to development and boost their overall competence.

New Great Wall Rural Science and Technology Backyard Supporting Plan

To address the issues of talent shortage in rural areas, lack of technical skills among farmers, and inefficiency of agricultural production, CFRD launched the New Great Wall Rural Science and Technology Backyard Supporting Plan in 2023

Vocational Training Project

In response to the need for continuous improvement of farmers' employment skills, CFRD launched the "Vocational Training Project" in 2022.

Rural Craftsmanship Promotion Plan

In response to issues such as the lack of business development capabilities among rural artisans, insufficient cultural exploration and presentation, and limited impact on driving industrial growth and increasing income, CFRD launched the "Rural Craftsmanship Promotion Plan" in 2023.

Farmer Entrepreneurship Training Project

In response to issues such as the need for improved development capabilities of rural leaders and insufficient resources for business entities, CFRD launched the "Farmer Entrepreneurship Training Project" in 2019.

Community-level Official Leadership Development Project

In response to issues such as the need to improve the capabilities of rural grassroots-level cadres, CFRD launched the Community-level Official Leadership Development Project in 2023.
