In underdeveloped areas, some high school students with higher financial difficulties are faced with challenges such as significant financial burdens and limited skills. In view of this, CFRD launched the New Great Wall Scholarship Program for High-School Students in 2007. The program provides financial aid and talent development support activities to help students from families with financial difficulties to complete their studies and improve their comprehensive abilities.
