In response to issues such as the need to improve the capabilities of rural grassroots-level cadres, CFRD launched the Community-level Official Leadership Development Project in 2023. Through "inviting in", relevant leaders and experts were invited for instruction and training, enhancing the capabilities of grassroots-level cadres in rural construction and community governance; through "going out", grassroots-level cadres were organized to visit and study demonstration sites for rural revitalization to broaden their horizons, so as to supporting various regions to cultivate more grassroots-level cadres for rural revitalization who have a good knowledge of agriculture, love rural areas, and care about rural people.
