In response to issues such as the need for improved development capabilities of rural leaders and insufficient resources for business entities, CFRD launched the "Farmer Entrepreneurship Training Project" in 2019. Through a progressive talent cultivation model featuring "classroom teaching, on-site practical training, and seed funding", the program aims to enhance the management and business capabilities of rural leaders, support industrial revitalisation, and promote sustainable rural development.
