To address the issues of talent shortage in rural areas, lack of technical skills among farmers, and inefficiency of agricultural production, CFRD launched the New Great Wall Rural Science and Technology Backyard Supporting Plan in 2023 and promoted the Science and Technology Backyard model, to support the dispatch of talents to villages, provide sci tech services, provide experiment and demonstration facilities and equipment, assists in comprehensive empowerment of Science and Technology Backyard, cultivate sci-tech talents of "Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers", accelerate the transformation of sci-tech achievements, promote industrial development and farmers' income generation, and facilitate sustainable development in the countryside.
