In response to the need for continuous improvement of farmers' employment skills, CFRD launched the "Vocational Training Project" in 2022. Upholding the program concept of "enhancing vocational skills and promoting the spirit of craftsmanship", CFRD integrated all sorts of resources, innovated in cooperation mechanisms, and introduced mature vocational education training systems from professional institutions. By offering vocational training and guidance on finding jobs on an ongoing basis throughout the period, the program provided continued support for the high-quality employment of rural surplus labor, to ultimately promote integrated development between rural and urban areas.
