In response to the insufficient ability of social organizations in solving social problems, CFRD launched the NPO Cooperation Program in 2013 to promote social organizations in carrying out public welfare brand projects in the direction of rural industrial development, rural talent development, rural construction, and rural social undertakings etc. by providing the social organizations with comprehensive support in capacity building, resource introduction, and project management, to serve the society with higher quality. 

The ME Innovative Funding Plan for Public Welfare supports public welfare partners to carry out project innovations. In 2024, the program benefited more than 80,000 person-times in 61 counties (cities/districts) of 21 provincial-level regions, including Guizhou and Hubei. The "Boundless Girls" program helps girls grow happily through sports. In 2024, the program benefited more than 140,000 person-times in 21 counties (cities/districts) of 8 provincial-level regions, including Guizhou and Gansu.
